Former editor of the Harvard Business Review, Professor Theodore Levitt, former editor of the Harvard Business Review, argues the case for the practicalities of innovation as generating fresh ideas is not enough.

According to him, in the absence of realistic solutions leaving creativity to ‘creative types’ can open a can of worms and what he describes as potentially sloppy or irresponsible business practice - while the vices of conformity are used as arguments in their defence.
