Creativity, or the act of finding fresh new ideas, is not the same as innovation, although the two words are often used interchangeably. It is understandable they might be, given that without creativity, innovation is unlikely.

While creative and open thinking seeds new ideas, innovation feeds and waters their growth to fruition.
